Its car show time! As the date nears if you know anybody else that would like to come please feel free to share this link to our sign up form or our flyer, it is attached. In the event we have to cancel due to weather there will be a banner notice on the main cforks.org webpage Thursday morning.

Thursday, 5/21/26 Agenda:
Sign in starts at 10:00 and ends at 10:30. We will meet by the attendance office. Please have your NYS ID with you to get a guest badge from Mr. Groover in our attendance office.
At this time you will be given a number and a small slip of paper to display with your voting number. Students can vote for your car in one of three categories: Crowd Favorite, Best work in progress, and Best of Show. There will be small trophies the students 3D printed and painted.
10:30 – I (Black 85 Camaro) will lead all of the cars together to the modified baseball outfield (The baseball field between the High School and the Elementary Field) where we will line up.
10:40 – Car Show begins. Voting begins.
12:15 - Voting Ends.
12:30 – I will announce the winner and hand out trophies.
12:50 – Car Show Ends.
The Details:
Who can come as a spectator? Any student that attends the Chenango Forks School District may come as a spectator during lunch to enjoy the show.
Who can bring a vehicle? Anybody from the community who would like to come support the car show is welcome. Students may also bring vehicles.
How do potential guests sign up to come and show their vehicle? Complete Google Form linked in show flyer or email Mr. Niemiec niemieca@cforks.org for a copy of the link.
What types of vehicles can come? All vehicles are welcome. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, minibikes, go karts, specialized commercial vehicles, race cars, etc. If you are unsure, please contact me.
How will I know if the show is canceled for rain? There will be a banner across the top of the cforks.org school website.

Directions to the Chenango Forks High School from route 12.
- Turn on River Road from route 12
- Turn right on Patch Road
- Turn right on Gordon Drive
- When you enter the school gate bear right to enter the staff / visitor parking lot, this is where you will park.
- The buildings you see will be shaped in an L shape, one leg of the L is the middle school and the other leg is the high school. Walk toward the 90 degree corner of the L shape where the buildings meet, this is the Highs School Attendance Office. This is where you will enter. You will need a state issued I.D. to receive you temporary visitor pass. Marta Lowe is the attendant, she will call me to come meet you if I am not already there.

Was a rain or shine event - we had a mostly rainy time this day. We were able to prove that EV's are water tight to a very high degree.

The Upper Dublin Township Environmental Protection Advisory Board (EPAB) is pleased to invite you to our Fifth Annual Environmental Open House, taking place on Saturday, April 18th, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM (presentations begin around 10:00 AM).
This year’s event will showcase the new Township Building, which replaces the facility lost in the September 2021 tornado. The new building has been thoughtfully designed as a net-zero energy complex, featuring geothermal heating and cooling, solar panels, and other energy-efficient systems.
During the Open House, we’ll explore:
- Energy-saving design strategies used in the new building
- EV's
- Home energy audits and ways to improve efficiency
- Solar power options for residents
- Community sustainability initiatives
In addition, there will be informational tables hosted by community organizations and local businesses, offering more ways to save money, get involved, and learn about environmental efforts.
We’re also excited to offer a raffle for ten discounted native garden plantings!
